Middle of the Corridor
Small Town, Same Runaround
Alamo is not big, and that usually means routine lab work turns into a drive regardless. If you are getting in the car anyway, the question is only how many stops it takes once you do.
Here it takes one. No order to obtain first, no referral, no appointment — you tell us what to run and we run it.
Same lab, same Pharr building, since 2013.

A Short Run West
Alamo sits on the same corridor we do, between San Juan and Donna. It is one road in.
Coming from central Alamo
Head west along the Expressway 83 corridor through San Juan and into Pharr. We are on West Sam Houston Boulevard, inside the Pharr Medical Complex, Suite 9.
Your neighbours on the corridor
San Juan sits between you and us; Donna is the other way. All of it is the same expressway.
All of Hidalgo County
The corridor runs the length of Hidalgo County, from Mission in the west through to the east valley. You are close to the middle of it.
Or skip the drive
Ask about a Home Draw and we will come to you in Alamo instead. Call and we will explain what we need.
1002 W Sam Houston Blvd, Suite 9, Pharr, TX 78577 — inside the Pharr Medical Complex.
Why Alamo Chooses Us
If You Are Driving Anyway
Smaller towns end up driving for most things. What our Alamo patients came for was fewer stops once they do.
One visit does it
Order and draw in the same stop. No being sent on to a second building to finish.
Nothing to book
Walk in six days a week. No slot to wait for and nothing to rearrange when the week changes.
Or stay home
A Home Draw brings us to Alamo. If the drive is the obstacle, call and we will sort it out.
Good to Know
Questions from Alamo
Do you serve Alamo?
Yes. Our lab is in Pharr at 1002 W Sam Houston Blvd, Suite 9, inside the Pharr Medical Complex — a short run west along the Expressway 83 corridor through San Juan.
Do I need a doctor's order if I am coming from Alamo?
No. You can order your own testing yourself. No doctor's order and no referral are needed. If you already have an order, bring it and we will run exactly what it asks for.
Can you come to my house in Alamo?
Yes. We offer Home Draws for patients who would rather not drive. Call us at (956) 586-6463 and we will walk you through it.
What is the route from Alamo?
Head west on the Expressway 83 corridor through San Juan into Pharr, then come off toward West Sam Houston Boulevard. We are inside the Pharr Medical Complex, Suite 9.
Is it worth leaving Alamo for this?
Most people who ask end up deciding it is, because the alternative was rarely staying home — it was booking an appointment somewhere else first, then testing somewhere else again. This replaces both.
Can my parents come with me?
Of course. Family members are welcome to come along, and if someone in the household also needs testing you can both be seen in the same visit.
What if I am not sure which test I need?
Call us on (956) 586-6463 before you set off and describe what is going on. We would rather spend two minutes on the phone than have you drive over for the wrong panel.
