Do you serve Donna?
Yes. Our lab is in Pharr at 1002 W Sam Houston Blvd, Suite 9, inside the Pharr Medical Complex — west along Expressway 83 through Alamo and San Juan.
Do I need a doctor's order if I am coming from Donna?
No. You can order your own testing yourself. No doctor's order and no referral are needed. If a provider already gave you an order, bring it and we will run exactly what it asks for.
Can you come to my house in Donna?
Yes. We offer Home Draws for patients who would rather not make the drive. Call us at (956) 586-6463 and we will explain how to set one up.
What is the route from Donna?
Head west on Expressway 83 and stay on it through Alamo and San Juan into Pharr, then come off toward West Sam Houston Boulevard. We are in Suite 9 inside the Pharr Medical Complex.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during our hours — Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 11:30 AM.
Can I bring more than one person?
Yes. If two people in the household need testing, you can both be seen in the same visit rather than making the westward trip twice.
What if my order came from a clinic further east?
Bring it. An order written anywhere is still an order — we will run exactly what it specifies, no matter which clinic issued it.
Will this take my whole day?
It should not. The draw itself is quick, and because there is no appointment to get an order first, the trip is one stop rather than several across different days.
