East Valley
The Drive You Already Make
Weslaco sits on the east side of the county corridor, and plenty of what people need is already a westward drive — work, appointments, errands. Adding lab work to a trip you were making anyway costs you almost nothing.
What it saves is the part before it: the appointment to get an order, which is usually the slowest step. Skip that and the whole thing collapses into one stop.
We have run it this way from the same Pharr building since 2013.

West Along Expressway 83
Expressway 83 is the spine of the valley and it runs straight from the east side to us.
Coming from central Weslaco
Get on Expressway 83 heading west and stay on it. Come off toward Pharr — we are on West Sam Houston Boulevard, inside the Pharr Medical Complex, Suite 9.
Coming through the east valley
The same road links Donna and Alamo before it reaches us, so if you are already heading west you are on route.
All of Hidalgo County
Weslaco, Donna, Alamo, San Juan, Pharr, McAllen and Mission sit along one corridor in Hidalgo County. It is the same expressway the whole way.
Or skip the drive
Ask about a Home Draw and we will come to you in Weslaco. Call and we will go through what we need beforehand.

Why Weslaco Chooses Us
Add It to a Trip You Were Making
East valley patients rarely drive over just for us. They fold it into a day that was already heading west.
No booking required
Nothing to schedule means nothing to schedule around. Come by whenever the day already brings you this way.
Open early, and Saturdays
We open at 7 AM on weekdays and 8 AM Saturday, which covers most of the reasons people are on the road west.
Or we come to you
If the trip is not happening, a Home Draw brings us to Weslaco instead. Call and we will set it up.
Good to Know
Questions from Weslaco
Do you serve Weslaco?
Yes. Weslaco patients come to us regularly. Our lab is in Pharr at 1002 W Sam Houston Blvd, Suite 9, inside the Pharr Medical Complex, west along Expressway 83.
Do I need a doctor's order if I am coming from Weslaco?
No. You can order your own testing regardless of where you start. No doctor's order and no referral are needed. If you already have an order from a Weslaco provider, bring it and we will run exactly what it asks for.
Can you come to my house in Weslaco?
Yes. We offer Home Draws across the east valley. Call us at (956) 586-6463 and we will explain how to set one up.
What are your hours if I am driving in from the east valley?
Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 11:30 AM. The early weekday opening suits people already heading west for the day.
I commute west anyway — when is the quietest time to stop in?
Later mornings tend to be calmer than the 7 AM fasting rush. If you are passing through mid-morning on a weekday, that is usually the smoothest window.
Can I do this on a Saturday?
Yes. We open Saturday from 8 AM until 11:30 AM, which suits people who would rather not spend a weekday driving the corridor.
Will I have to come back a second time?
Generally no. The order and the draw happen in the same visit, so the trip west should be a single stop rather than a repeat journey.
