Most Requested

Urine Drug Screen

The urine drug screen is what most people are sent in for. It is quick, it is the format employers ask for most often, and you can walk in and have it done the same day.

Tell us who is asking for the result and what they need on it. That tells us how to collect and document the sample so the paperwork is right the first time.

Longer Window

Hair Follicle Drug Test

A hair follicle test looks back over a much longer window than a urine screen does. When someone asks specifically for hair testing, this is the one they mean.

It takes a small hair sample and nothing else. Call ahead if you are not sure whether hair or urine is what has been asked of you and we will help you sort it out.

For Drivers

DOT Drug Testing

Drivers and safety-sensitive workers usually need DOT drug testing specifically, not a general screen. We handle DOT testing here in Pharr.

Bring whatever paperwork your employer or consortium gave you. If you were handed a form and told to get tested, bring the form — it tells us exactly what to run.

Good to Know

Common Questions About Drug Testing

Do I need an appointment for a drug test in Pharr?

No. Walk in during our hours and we will take care of it. We are open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 11:30 AM.

What is the difference between a urine and a hair follicle test?

A urine drug screen covers a shorter, more recent window and is the format most employers ask for. A hair follicle test looks back over a much longer period. Whoever asked you to test usually specifies which one they want — call and read us the form if you are not sure.

Do you do DOT drug testing?

Yes. We handle DOT drug testing at our Pharr location. Bring the paperwork your employer or consortium gave you so we run exactly what is required.

What should I bring with me?

Bring a photo ID and any form or paperwork the requesting party gave you. If an employer sent you, the form tells us which test to run and where the result goes.

How long do drug test results take?

Turnaround depends on which test you took and what the requesting party requires. We will tell you what to expect for your specific test before you leave.

Do you take insurance for drug testing, or is it self-pay?

Employment and legal testing is often paid by the person or company requesting it rather than through insurance. Call us with your situation and we will walk you through how yours would work.

How much does drug testing cost?

It depends on which test you need and who is paying for it. Call us and we will give you the pricing before you commit to anything.
