The West End of the Corridor
Far Enough Out to Get Overlooked
Mission sits at the west end of the valley run, which means a lot of routine testing turns into a whole afternoon — appointment first, order second, lab third, all in different buildings.
We collapsed that into one stop. No order to chase, no referral, no appointment. You walk in knowing what you want and you leave having done it.
It is the same lab in the same Pharr building it has been since 2013.

One Road, East
Expressway 83 runs the length of the valley. From Mission it is the only road you need.
Coming from central Mission
Get on Expressway 83 and head east. You will pass McAllen and then Pharr — come off toward us on West Sam Houston Boulevard, inside the Pharr Medical Complex, Suite 9.
If you are out toward Sharyland
The Sharyland side of Mission feeds straight onto the same expressway. Once you are on 83 eastbound the rest is one continuous run.
All of Hidalgo County
Mission, McAllen, Pharr, San Juan, Alamo, Donna and Weslaco all sit along this corridor inside Hidalgo County. Wherever you start, it is the same road.
Or skip the drive
If crossing the valley is the hard part, ask about a Home Draw and we will come to you in Mission instead.
1002 W Sam Houston Blvd, Suite 9, Pharr, TX 78577 — inside the Pharr Medical Complex.
Why Mission Chooses Us
Worth the Drive Because It Is One Trip
Mission patients are the ones most likely to tell us the drive beats the alternative — because the alternative was never one trip either.
One stop, not three
Order, draw and paperwork happen in the same visit. You are not sent to a second building to finish what you started.
No calendar to negotiate
Walk in six days a week. Nothing to book, nothing to reschedule when work moves.
Know the cost first
Call before you drive over and we will check your coverage and tell you what it will cost, so the trip is never wasted.
Good to Know
Questions from Mission
Do you serve Mission?
Yes. Mission patients drive over regularly. Our lab is in Pharr at 1002 W Sam Houston Blvd, Suite 9, inside the Pharr Medical Complex, straight east along Expressway 83.
Do I need a doctor's order if I am coming from Mission?
No. You can order your own testing regardless of which city you start in. No doctor's order and no referral are needed. If a Mission provider gave you an order, bring it and we will run exactly what it asks for.
Can you come to my house in Mission?
Yes. We offer Home Draws for patients who would rather not cross the valley. Call us at (956) 586-6463 and we will explain how to set one up.
Is it worth the drive from Mission?
That is your call, but most Mission patients tell us it replaces two or three separate trips — the appointment for the order, then the lab, then the follow-up. Here it is one visit.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during our hours — Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 11:30 AM. Come early in the day if your test asks you to fast.
Can you tell me the cost before I drive over?
Yes, and we would rather you asked. Call us with the tests you want and your insurance information and we will go through it before you make the trip.
